
This is a posto based potol preparation accompanied with coconut.
Ingredients Potol or Parwal | Coconut (Grated) | Poppy seed paste| Sugar| Turmeric powder| Salt| Green Chilli
Cooking steps Wash parwals and scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle turmeric powder on it and fry it. Add grated coconut, poppy seed paste, salt, sugar and water as much needed in the same. Cook in low flame for a while. Add green chillies. Serve it with rice.
