PAPAYA PANEER CHEESE MASALA

Today I am sharing a recipe which is cooked without onion and garlic. It’s a vegetarian dish.

INGREDIENTS. A) Paneer -250 gm. B) Potato cubes -1/2 bowl(boiled). C) Papaya cubes(boiled). D)Bay leaf -1. E) Tomato -1 F) Ginger slices. G) Coriander powder -1 tsp. H) Turmeric powder – pinch. I) Salt and sugar tastewise. J) Garam masala powder -1 tsp

PREPARATION TIME-10 MINS COOKING TIME-25 MINS TOTAL TIME -35 MINS

COOKING STEPS 1] Boil oil in pan and fry paneer cubes. Set them aside and fry potato cubes in the same oil. 2] As potato cubes becomes golden, add papaya cubes in the oil. Fry it. 3] Prepare a masala paste of tomato ginger and chilli till potato and papaya becomes golden in colour. 4] Now add the masala paste in the pan. Let it cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes. 5] Add coriander powder, salt and sugar and turmeric powder. 6] Cover with a lid and let it cook for a while. 7] Add fried paneer cubes and water as much needed. 8] Cook for a while. 9] Add garam masala powder before finishing.
