INGREDIENTS. A) Pomfret fish. B) Mustard paste -1 spoon. C) Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp. D) Salt to taste. E) Mustard oil
COOKING STEPS. A) Wash Pomfrets and sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on it. B) Boil oil in pan and fry fish pieces.After frying set it aside. C)Now comes mustard paste. I have used mustard powder available in market. Take 2 spoon of it and soak it in water. D) Let it soak for 25- 30 minutes. E) Now add the paste in the same oil. Saute it. F) Add water as much needed. Add the fried fishes. G) Ready to serve.
