SORSHE POMFRET| How to Cook Bengali style Pomfret fish curry in mustard paste

SORSHE POMFRET-Cooked in aromatic mustard paste this fish curry is served with steamed rice.

Preparation time -10 mins Cooking time -10 mins Total time -20 mins

CUISINE – BENGALI COURSE – SAVORY

INGREDIENTS. A) Pomfret fish. B) Mustard paste -1 spoon. C) Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp. D) Salt to taste. E) Mustard oil

COOKING STEPS. A) Wash Pomfrets and sprinkle salt and turmeric powder on it. B) Boil oil in pan and fry fish pieces.After frying set it aside. C)Now comes mustard paste. I have used mustard powder available in market. Take 2 spoon of it and soak it in water. D) Let it soak for 25- 30 minutes. E) Now add the paste in the same oil. Saute it. F) Add water as much needed. Add the fried fishes. G) Ready to serve.
