Chorchori is very popular in bengali household. Chorchori or vegetable amalgamation is a very tasty dish. It has always been everyone’s favorite. It is a very simple recipe.

So today I am sharing a traditional bengali recipe.

Do like and comment on my recipe.

Preparation time -10 mins Cooking time -20 mins Total time -30 mins

INGREDIENTS Paanchphoron -1 tsp A) Kumro Shaak -4 -6 bunch B) Vegetables like potatoes, beans, parwals, pumpkin. C) Turmeric powder -pinch D) Salt and sugar tastewise. As you can see another no spice recipe from my shelf. Do check the above image to get an idea of the amount of vegetables.

COOKING STEPS. First step is boil oil in pan and put the paanchphoron in the oil. First step involves washing of shak and vegetables. Chop vegetables. Now boil oil in pan and put the chopped vegetables one after another in the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook in low flame. Cook in between.

Now add the shaak. Again cover it with lid. Add salt, sugar and turmeric powder. When vegetables are almost cooked add a dollop of mustard oil to give a pungent flavor.

It goes best with rice.
