GOBI MUSALLAM – HOW TO COOK GOBI MUSALLAM

Whole cauliflower is cooked in tomato ginger gravy. A no onion no garlic recipe that will surely tickle your tastebud with its flavour.

INGREDIENTS Whole cauliflower Tomato Ginger Chilli Curd Turmeric powder WHOLE SPICES Cinnamon sticks. Cloves. Black Pepper. Salt and sugar to taste SPICES. Cumin powder Coriander powder Garam masala powder. Mustard oil

COOKING STEPS

Marinate the cauliflower in curd and turmeric powder paste.

Blend tomato, ginger and chilli into fine paste.

Now boil mustard oil in pan. Put the tomato ginger paste in the pan.

In the meantime, grind the whole spices.

Put it in the pan. Saute them till the raw smell of the tomato, ginger goes away.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything.

Add water as much needed.

Now put the marinated cauliflower in the gravy.

Cover with a lid and cook in low flame.

Flip the cauliflower in between.

As the cauliflower gets cooked transfer to a plate.

Have it with hot rice.
