EGGLESS WHOLE WHEAT COOKIES

These are sweet whole wheat flour cookies. I have cooked this recipe of sweet whole wheat flour cookies without any egg. Also I have cooked this recipe with soya oil instead of using butter. These cookies are easy to cook and delicious in taste.

I was trying to cook this recipe few days back , then my mother gave me the idea of putting Besan alongwith the flour. So this cookies which I have cooked is having besan in them.

Let’s check my recipe. Take a look at how I have cooked this cookies with Besan.

HOW TO COOK WHOLE WHEAT COOKIES (STEP BY STEP WITH PHOTOS)

Take 3 cups of atta/ whole wheat flour. Add 4 spoon besan.

Now add 2 large spoon ghee. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence.Add 1 cup soya oil.Then mix everything slowly with hand.

Add 1/2 cup lukewarm water and knead a dough.

Rest it for at least 2-3 hours. Then make cookies shaped balls from the dough. Brush ghee on a plate. Arrange the balls on the plate. Grease the top of cookies with warm milk.

Now preheat oven for 7 minutes in 180 °c . Once it beeps, place the tray inside. Bake for 10-15 minutes in 160°C.

As soon it gets ready, take out the tray. Let it cool for 15-20 minutes. It’s ready.

3 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup soya oil

2 spoon ghee

4 spoon besan/ Gram flour

1 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup warm water

HOW TO COOK WHOLE WHEAT COOKIES

Take all the dry ingredients in a bowl i.e whole wheat flour and besan.

Add ghee, oil and warm water one by one slowly in the bowl.

Knead the dough and rest it for 2-3 hours.

Make cookies shaped balls from the dough.

Take a plate. Brush ghee on the plate. Put the cookies. Grease the top of cookies with warm milk.

Now preheat oven for 7 minutes in 180°C.

Put the tray of cookies and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Take the tray out and let it cool for 10 minutes minimum. Serve then.

      3. I would love to try, but now my daughter is prohibited with fiber and heat related food, so now I use white flour with fruit based flours for cookies.
