Since Ma Durga went back home, weather is yawning under the blanket. Mornings are sleeping behind heavy fog. Sun is coming out few minutes late. Every single thing is indicating that winter is approaching.
I am sorry to say but I am not a big winter lover. First of all, the weather makes me lazy, I feel like doing nothing. Also day becomes short and night becomes long, which I don’t love.
Set aside the dislikes, winter serves awesome food in platter. From fresh spinach to awesome cauliflower and amazinggggg cabbages, winter has things to fall for.
We all know this year is not normal. With the threat of Covid 19 still hunting human lives, it’s time to take care of our health. Today I am sharing something which is ideal for this cold weather.
Atta Ladoo or Whole Wheat Flour Ladoo are mostly cooked in winter.
Tip: √ Better use hands in mixing the atta lumps. Using hands helps in making the mixture better.
√ Gur should be warmed before mixing with atta. Add pinch of ghee in Gur while boiling it to make Ladoos more aromatic.

- 3 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Bowl Grated Coconut
- 1 Small Bowl Grated Almond
- Gur to taste
- Pour ghee in pan(4-5 Tsp).
- Add the whole wheat flour. Roast for few minutes.
- Add grated almonds.
- Mix everything well.
- Add the grated coconut.
- Mix everything and cook till flour becomes golden.
- Take it out on a plate.
- Pour Gur in the same pan. Add 1 tsp ghee.
- Boil them.
- Add the atta mixture. Mix everything.
- Take it out on a plate. Make ladoos with hand.
