This round disc shaped fritters , are one of the very popular South Indian foods served for Breakfast and Snack. The cooking process is not at all difficult. Overnight soaked Urad Dal , grind into smooth paste, fried and served with chutney.

My parents are a big fan of Medu- vada. In fact my father is so fond of vadas that he doesn’t require chutney to cherish them. My mother loves Dosa more. But when I cooked this recipe at home for the first time, my sister loved it most. It gives an immense pleasure when your creativity is loved by your dear ones.
